Registering for The Crossing
How registration works
To confirm your participation, we ask for a Commitment Fee of €350 upon registration. This fee secures your place and marks the beginning of your journey with us. The remaining participation fee is due before February 1, 2027.
We offer you an additional 2% discount if you pay the full participation fee within 14 days of registration. To see the current full price for your choice of accommodation, scroll down.

Choose your accommodation
The prices below include all five days of teaching and practice, your accommodation, and all meals.
You reserve your seat at that price by placing the (non-refundable) commitment fee of €350.
Our Shared Commitment
The moment you register, we begin preparing for your participation. We reserve the venue, arrange accommodation and meals, prepare teaching materials, coordinate our team, and create the conditions for a safe, courageous and transformative experience.
By registering, you are making a commitment to your own unfolding and to the community we will create together.
In return, we commit ourselves to preparing and holding Mystery School with the greatest care, integrity and love.
The following agreements help us honor this shared commitment while being responsible stewards of the resources entrusted to the Mystery School.
If you register after February 1, 2027, the full participation fee is due upon registration.
If paying the remaining balance in one payment creates financial difficulty, please contact us before the final payment date. Whenever possible, we are happy to explore a mutually workable payment arrangement.
Scholarships
If finances are a barrier
We never want finances alone to prevent someone from answering a genuine calling.
If the participation fee creates a significant barrier, please contact us. A limited number of scholarship opportunities or alternative payment arrangements may be available.
If Your Plans Change
Refund policy
We understand that life sometimes takes unexpected turns. At the same time, preparing Mystery School involves significant financial and organizational commitments that begin many months before the event.
To balance compassion with responsible stewardship, we use the following refund policy:
Before February 1, 2027
If you decide not to participate, all payments made will be refunded, excluding the Commitment Fee of €350. Because this fee secures your place and enables us to begin preparing for your participation, it is non-refundable.
Between February 1 and March 1, 2027
If you cancel during this period, 50% of your total participation fee will be refunded.
After March 1, 2027
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer refunds. By this stage, nearly all costs have already been committed specifically for the participants who have registered.
Transferring your participation
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another participant. Please contact us in advance so we can help facilitate the transfer. The new participant must meet any participation requirements, and any outstanding balance must be settled before the transfer is completed.
Exceptional circumstances
We recognize that some situations are beyond anyone's control. If exceptional circumstances prevent your participation, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we cannot promise a particular outcome, we will always seek a solution that is compassionate, fair, and mindful of the commitments already made by both you and the Mystery School.
Where appropriate, we may offer all or part of your payment as a credit toward a future Mystery School.
If we need to cancel
Should Mystery School be cancelled by the organization, all payments received will be refunded in full. Please note that we are unable to reimburse travel expenses, independently arranged accommodation, or any other personal costs incurred in preparation for the event.
